Video Talkies service activated without request and Rs. 100 has been charged. On 26th February 2013 at 1.17 PM, received an SMS saying been charged Rs.100 for Video Talkies. No such service was requested or activated any time. I need a detailed explanation on how this happened. Kindly look into this and do the needful in refunding the wrongly deducted amount at the earliest, thanks! Also deactivate any new services aircel has planned to activate on my phone without my consent in the future too!!! Was this information helpful? | |
