[Resolved] Aircel — non allowance of the number from aircel to airtel | |||
As iam sadiq my mom has a aircel mobile number since 10 years, all of sudden the network service has become very unsatisfactory stating that i wanted my mom to discontinue the number from aircel to the new network airtel when she has settled her bill 6200 + they said she will have to pay another 1500 + she paid it, but still they didnt discontinued the number when my mom went & enquired about it they said yes it is discontinued & we will not allow our aircel customer to go to another network, she will have to take a new number else where, when i spoke to the executive over the phone he was so rude & bull with his language, i dont know how these people speak to a customer, my complaint is to allow the number to be generated in airtel network, as my mom is so attached to the [protected] this number i would request you people to help in this sticky situation hoping for a possible response thanks & regards sadiq [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
