Aircel — non-Refund of my security deposit | |||
My aircel number is [protected]. I returned to pre-paid from postpaid. I requested for refund of my deposit amount. But since I shifted my home, I requested for address change. But the customer care representative at OMR STORE told me that they will get the cheque at this store and I can collect the same at the OMR store. But then I visited them again and another representative told me that cheques won't be delivered to store and took my new address so that the cheque will be delivered at my address. Then on my last visit they told me that the cheque will be returned to head office at Chennai, and they promised me to fetch the same for me and asked me to collect there. Later today the same representative tells me to check with post office. Please tell me how to get my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
