Aircel — Not getting 3g Speed on 3G Plan

Sir, I recharged 3G Data Plan Rs1477 for 3 Month Every Month 5 Gb on 3G speed Upto 3.1 Mbps data till 3 Months and unlimited.when I recharged I didn't get 3G speed.I trying to contact costomer care two three days but they are not taking my call please take action with regards to this issue that will be your kindness.Contact no: [protected] Name: Aamir Address: 7th block, Koramangla, Bangalore
