Aircel — Not received recharge amount done by internet banking

Sir
My mobile number is [protected]. I recharge my number with 10 rupees from internet banking of sbbj. After recharge i received a message. In which a transaction ref no was giver which was igy6879055. The amount was deducted from my sbbj account but i didn't got recharge amount. No answer was given by customer care executive.
Please send my recharge amount to my number as soon as possible.
