Aircel — on regularly deducting Balance | |||
Automatic WAP links activation and balance deduction My mob no. is [protected] and i am a aircel customer . For the last few months i am repeatedly receiving a message "Thank you for using Aircel services" after which some variable amount is being deducted from my main balance due to no apparent reasons. On enquiring the customer care they say that i have activated some WAP link which i am unaware of. this is a repeated act from aircel for which i have lost around Rs. 100 once, Rs 35 once and 20 and 10, 5, 2 many a times from my main balance within these few months. There is no confirmation from the service before deducting the amount...please do something other wise ... Was this information helpful? | |||

We would like to inform you that to deactivate any of vas kindly dial 155223(toll free) or sms "STOP" and send it to 155223. Hope the resolution offered meets your satisfaction levels too.
