Aircel — Outgoing barred with Bill Generation

Hi, This is S.Vijayakumar. I have a 3G datacard from Aircel with the number : [protected].I am currently in 999 datacard plan and my billing cycle is 15th to 14th. Last month, within a few days after the Bill was generated, my datacard's outgoing was barred and I was unable to connect to the Internet. I went to the Aircel office in OMR and they activated the datacard's outgoing service. After few hours, again the outgoing was barred and I called the customer care and they took the request to activate the outgoing again and I waited for 2 hours to get the outgoing activated. Withing few hours, the outgoing was barred again and I went through the same process again and again for nearly 5 or 6 times. The datacard's credit limit is 2600. My last bill was Rs.1122 and the unbilled amount was around Rs.200 and the due date was only in the first week of April 2014 The issue was not resolved and finally I had to pay my billed amount and then only the issue did not happen. This month, I have not received my bill so far and but the outgoing service in my datacard has been barred from today morning and it is only 16th April. I have paid all my previous bills and there is no outstanding amount apart from the last bill which has not been generated yet. Today morning I raised the issue to Customer Care and asked them to fix this and ensure that this does not happen again and the outgoing service was activated after 2 hours. I went to the Aircel Store in OMR and asked them for the reason but they did not have any answer as to why this is happening. They have given me this email id for reporting and they did not bother to take a complaint regarding this and asked me to send all the details myself (Bravo to Aircel's wonderful customer friendliness). Now within few hours, my datacard's outgoing service is barred again (Again Bravo to Aircel's wonderful Technical support).I am a corporate customer and I use this datacard for connecting with my Management and Clients. I took this connection only to ensure that I am able to online anytime and anywhere in Chennai.But the way that Aircel has treated me last month and this month, I have suffered so much frustration in not being able to respond to my official needs because of this treatment from Aircel. I just want answers to the following question and also if possible a permanent solution to this issue.1. When the Current billed amount Rs.1122 and current unbilled amount Rs.33 is less than my credit limit of Rs.2600, why is my outgoing getting barred repeatedly ? 2. Why neither the Customer Support in Telephone nor the support staff at Aircel Store not able to answer me when I ask them the above Question ?3. What does Aircel need from me for fixing this issue ? As far I see this there is no other way than to cancel this connection and go for another Vendor. Please provide me with answers. Yours frustrated, S.Vijayakumar
