Aircel — Over charging for unnecessary services | |||||
I have an aircel number [protected] which i bought when i was in my previous company 3 years ago. I was in a cug plan then. After i moved, i have asked them to stop charging me for cug quite a few times. They haven't done it yet.. So for the past 3 years i have been giving them cug charges which is rs.28.65 including all taxes. My older plan supported unlimited 2g. I switched my plan recently which supports 500mb of 3g data after which it falls back to unlimited 2g. Honestly i never use their bandwidth as it is terribly slow and the number is with my mom (She doesn't know how to even make calls properly). This time interestingly they have added additional charges of rs.77 just for 2g - for whatever reason. I know you will keep fining me for the dirty you guys do if i protest by delaying my payment. I want everyone to know how big of you guys are for cheating a customer for 3 years with your cug charges and now increasing the same rip off... [protected] is my number that i actively use... Don't call the other aircel number, give me a call and i will deal with you the way you're supposed to be dealt with... Was this information helpful? | |||||
