Aircel — Pack subscribed without doing anything

2015, on14th april morning at 8.46 am, i got a massage "thank you for subscribing to full song download pack u have been charged for 4 for 1 day " . after that i called customer care ms rituporna her name, told me that i subscribe that that pack at 6.03 am and money will not be refund .but at that moment i slept and no one using my phone so how could it possible. so i need help. my phone number is: [protected] from where balance is deducted
