[Resolved] Aircel Postpaid — i am not able to change my postpaid to prepaid or another network | |||
myself i am a aircel postpaid customer (number:[protected]) by last 5 months, but now i decided change my number to aircel prepaid because of heavy bill. but when i had asked about this process with the agency (agency relationship no:1-[protected]) people they told that "there is no way to change from postpaid to prepaid within the same network in aircel ". i asked the same question at madurai aircel headoffice, bypass road, madurai. they also told that "it is impossible to change postpaid to prepaid in aircel." so i decide to change my number to airtel. i gave an application to airtel agency 10 days ago.but today the airtel people said that "your porting request has been rejected by your current operator" . i contact with aircel people, they told that we are not taking any rejection process with your number. so i get an confusion, so how to overcome from this problem? My request is 1) please give an idea to change my number from postpaid to prepaid within aircel or 2)please give an idea to change my number from postpaid to airtel prepaid as soon as possible solve my problem immediately.
