Aircel — Postpaid unexpected changes in the palms, [protected] | |||||
Mailed regarding a text received of the plan change on 29th jun 2016, today 1st july got a call from mr. ajith, his response was the worst ever i have experienced. he called spoke in a harsh manner that (it is mandatory for everyone its not only for you) i used the word 'why the hell its changed without my concern' he raised his voice to his peak and said "mind your words" is that a professional talk of a customer support who trained him so, i got tensed up and started to say i will port the network, he said you can do and disconnected the call. so aircel doesnt wants its tenure customer and wants to loose them. note that along with me you'll loose several numbers along with a number i purchased before few months. today morning a saw airtel's hoardings wow great i appreciate them they made a wording that is "dont choose us join us" really awesome it is. note this aircel will port my network to airtel only. you have to process my port soon if you delay make a clear note that i will send a sue note for troubling me with faulty product.
