Aircel — Problem related to Dialer Tune.

Dear Sir My problem is related to dialer tune and balance cut without any reason. I am facing this problem on 9 January 2015. I using dialer service since may 2011 to till now but this time i am so in trouble. Today automatic deactivate my dialer service after many time balance cut 2 time balance cut for monthly charges for dialer tune. Please sir solve my problem and refund my balance. My mobile no.
