Aircel — RC11 validity automatically extended | |||
I have recharged RC 11 on Feb 20, 2014 for roaming purpose (Mobile number - [protected]). As per website, it has 4 days of validity. Upon complaining over the email, Aircel Customer Care replied (Req. Id. ERN[protected]HVKXJG), Rc.11/- pack validity is 20 days; the pack will expire 14/03/2015. Now, if look at the difference between date of recharge and expiry date, it is 23 days, not 20 days as said by CC. So it is very clear that the have made some nonsense reply. Even after that I have replied them. But there's no response. I should have charged 25p/min from Feb 24, 2015 instead of 1p/sec. Clearly, I'm being charged 35p/min extra. So, I need Aircel to provide me my older plan and validity along with the refund. Please look into this. Thanks in advance. Was this information helpful? | |||
