[Resolved] Aircel — Recharge is done on wrong number | |||||
Dear sir, On 26 september i want to recharge my[protected] aircel number but instead of that by mistake it goes to on another aircel number [protected]. Recharge amount was 99/ rupees and recharge was executed from freecharge.in and operator reference no: mur[protected]. Here i am going to attach some supporting files. Oct 2, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Till now Company doesn't paid any help over my recharge Issue. I left no stone unturned thereafter also the only message I have received that is "we cannot assist you. You have to talk with recharge service provider". I just want to know what type of resolve is done. Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
