[Resolved]  Aircel — Recharge is done on wrong number

Dear sir,
On 26 september i want to recharge my[protected] aircel number but instead of that by mistake it goes to on another aircel number [protected]. Recharge amount was 99/ rupees and recharge was executed from freecharge.in and operator reference no: mur[protected]. Here i am going to attach some supporting files.
Here i have seen that you have resolved such cases. I hope that i will also get rehabilitation. Look forward to hear from you.

Till now Company doesn't paid any help over my recharge Issue. I left no stone unturned thereafter also the only message I have received that is "we cannot assist you. You have to talk with recharge service provider". I just want to know what type of resolve is done.
Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Then what type of help would I anticipate from you by 29/9/2016. In this case you have great advantage that is both the sim cards comes under Aircel family and I am also assuring you that the recharge amount 99Rs that goes by mistake to [protected], still now it is not used by customer. I hope you will resolve this issue properly and want your special assist on[protected]Desired recharge Number).

Just now I have received a message mentioning that "your problem has been resolved" but in which way you have solved my problem still I don't get my Balance neither cash Back nor recharge value benefit.
