Aircel — Recharge not show in my account | |||
I have recharged my Phone with 2g Internet Pack. But "Internet MB's" didn't show in my account. I called the aircel customer service but they told "Server is Down call us back after 4 hours. When I called the customer service after 4 hours they told me there is no MB's shows in my account. I said can I talk with your supervisor they said hold and they put me on hold for 20 mins and after that same Agent said I got 7 days validity from my recharge but when I said this is not the actual plan and I want to talk with your supervisor . They put me on hold again for 30 minutes and after disconnect the Phone. Then after when I tried to call the customer service again they said all the customer service executive are busy on another line and call got disconnected. I also have my Transaction Number which I got after recharge ... Was this information helpful? | |||
