Aircel — Recharges made online unsuccessful

I have been trying to recharge my mobile [protected], but repeatedly all my recharges have proved to be unsuccessful. on 24/8/15 i tried Rs199/ - and Rs 193/- and today Rs.109/- and Rs.27/-. While the amounts have been debited to the card account the status is 'failed' on all the four occasions. I request you to take up the matter urgently as I am left with nil balance and I am unable to contact anyone from my office. my mobile: [protected] e-mail: divakar.[protected]@yahoo.co.in
