Aircel — reckless service,customer care treat badly,only deducting money

rievances 1)424 sms doesnt work at all.whenever i text it get deducted from mine main balance 2)2gb data left but not working at all 3)tower remamins but still i cant hear sound esp in ursim 4)made online recharge of 133 two time but didntget 25% extra data pack 5)poor customer service then wont accept their mistake 6)recharged with rc59 they promise me to give 5.9 as cashback but they havent given it.moreover they are denying about the fact 7)higher authority doesnt listen to it
