[Resolved] Aircel — Reduction of main balance without providing any service again and again | |||
Respected Sir, since 5 days I am suffering from unnecessary reduction of my main balance. On 7/12/2014, Rs5 was reduced and a message came "thank u for using Aircel service" then I spoken to Aircel customer care, the told me that the charge was deducted for HUNGAMA pack. Then I requested then to deactivate this. Now, Today I again receive a a SMS (thank u for using aircel services). But I don't dial any code, don, t receive any call coming from the number which is started by +[protected]***. I don't have any GPRS settings in my Phone. Then Why my balance is deducted??? Please make them to refund and don't repeat the same. Please rdo something as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
