On date 28-7-15, at 16:36:27 we recharged our number [protected] with rupees 120 but the number was already blocked but the recharge was successful.we have contacted the customer care service several times but there is no response.the myrecharge pvt ltd transaction id is[protected] and the aircel operator transaction id is KOR[protected].i request you to kindly refund the balance to the retailer.thank you. Kindly inform to you that the MSISDN [protected] is in installed status where the benefits of successful transaction cannot be credited to your account as such adjustment cannot be done from our end. Kindly contact the 3rd party recharge portal helpline for refund where the transaction had happen and advice you to provide the correct mobile number for any transaction in future in order to avoid such inconveniences.
