Dear Sir,
i have connection prepaid since more than 10 years, recently i have recharge Rs. 65 in special balance, and having rate cutter 85 rs. as per the rate cutter every call is 30 ps to be deduct, but after recharge every call there is deduction of thrice, ie for one mint 2 plus deducting, then i called customer care, but no use, they asked me call after half an hour, again i called they voluntary disconnecting my call on 198, then i charge main balance min rupees again i am facing this same problem, can i get solution why this happening or can i change ur service. pls suggest . my no is [protected]
