Aircel — Regarding account balance | |||||
Dear Aircel team, with very disappointment, i am writing this complaint regarding my account balance.I recharged my Number ([protected]) with 80 Rs., after that i have taken a recharge of Rs.53 for AIRCEL GPRS for net recharge on the same day. and checked there is Rs.27.01 balance.After that i have not called to anyone and all my balance was showing NIl i.e.Rs.0. I am calling the customer care from morning (01/07/2016) but the line was always busy.I want my balance back and the details about the deduction done in it as i have not taken any extra services.
