[Resolved] Aircel — Regarding money refund | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am Shirin Shaikh from Mumbai. I had called to the customer care on 30th Nov 2016, regarding deactivation of 122 Pi 3G service. My reference number is 1-[protected]. You may check. He assured me that he is deactivating from HIS end and the pack will deactivate after 2 hours on its own. Now, as the pack was auto renewal, Rs. 122 has been deducted from my account. Further, we would like to update you that the auto renewal service has been deactivated from above mentioned number as per your request.
