[Resolved]  Aircel — Repeated automatic deduction of one-time VAS charges

This is the 4th or 5th time it happened. I have reported all the earlier cases to AIRCEL customer care over e-mail and every time they get back saying the amounts have been deducted from my Aircel account for some value added service through customer enduse method. I noticed this whenever I recharge with a top up of denomination 150 and above, unwanted balance deductions keeps happening to my account. I will not tolerate this kind of business. I confirm that I haven't subscribed to ANY VAS related services, nor I have used internet to browse Aircel portal from my number.I request consumer complaint forum to escalate the matter and initiate Aircel to return deducted amounts to my account. ALso, make sure NO SUCH UNWANTED deductions happens in future automatically.
