Aircel — Repeatedly Balance deducted

My Aircel No. [protected]. You are repeatedly deduct my balance automatically. You are not taking any action for this problem. When I give a complain, you say that some wap download on your mobile so balance deducted and I will stop this service now. Your customer representative is not listening for this problem. Hence again I request you to solve my problem & give my balance otherwise I will stop this service.

Dear Sir,

The balance of my Aircel No.[protected] has been deducted repeatedly. After many of time given complaint, Aircel have not solve my problem. 3 Times you have deducted my balance & credited after given complaints. But below the balance has been deducted but Aircel have no response.

4th time balance debited Rs.50/- (Approx Date.[protected] to[protected]
5th time balance debited Rs.30/-(Approx Date.[protected] to[protected]
6th time balance debited Rs.30/-(Actual Date.[protected]

Above information are on my knowledge. After that I don't check my balance regularly. So, additional balance may be debited which is not on my knowledge.

Hence, you are requested to take necessary action against Airecl.

Hello Subhrajit Samal,

We have verified your account details and found that, on dated 13th Oct 2015 a content service "MOC1" has been subscribed from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and an amount of Rs.30/- was deducted from your account towards service subscription charges. However as per your request the service has been deactivated from your number to avoid further renewal of the service. Further considering your request and as a service gesture we have forwarded a request to our concern team to post an adjustment of Rs.30/- which will be credited to your account within next 24 hrs.
