Aircel — Sim Activation failed even after 1 month

I Purchased an Aircel SIM (Mobile.No: [protected]) (SIM.No:[protected]) by paying Rs.60/- from V M Mobiles, Vadakkencherry, Palakkad- 678683, on Friday, 26th June 2015. I have also submitted my address proof and a photo on the same day Itself.As the sim has not activated even after 3 working Days, I contacted the shop and the Aircel Distributor Mr. Ajmal ([protected]).But he always assure me that the sim will be activated on the next day evening. But the Deadlines are changing in each days. when i call at customer service center, they say they didn't get updated on my address proof. That is the reason as my aircel number is not activated. When i contact the SIM dealer(V M Mobiles) he said he submitt my id proof and photos. Now (23rd July 2015) Its after around 1 MONTH h my AIRCEL SIM is not yet activated. Even It doesn't show the Airtel Signal Range on home screen! though my place has AIrcel signal Strength!
