myself Vinod kumar purchase a new aircel connection no.[protected].
I Face slow speed problem on 2G network in all time. I request you that check this issue and resolve them as soon as possible. print screen shots are already attached.

Rs.30/- has been deducted from my account on 09.10.2016. My phone No is [protected]. But I am not subscribing the Non stop music plus. I am using this Aircel Net work for past 12 years. But you have deducted the amount Rs.30/- unauthorised. Kinly returned the same to my account. It not I am going to disconnet the aircel net work.

Sir,
with due griverance I am to state that i did a rate cutter recharge on 13/10/2016 which allows all calls at 40p for 12 days. the recharge was successful but I have not been receiving any benifit of it since the beginning. Please look into the matter.
