Dear Sir/Madam, My Name is Mr Biswajeet Das Mob;-[protected].I am a User of Aircel Network service and my Special Tarrif Voucher-49 activetes on Dt;-16/02/2015 Its validates till Dt;-18/04/2015 .But it is not working now . We have verified your account details and found that, the recharge of STV 49 dated on 18th Feb 2015 was successfully processed from our end and the tariff benefits have also been provided to you and his calls are getting charged as per the Plan. There was no wrong charging from your account.
