[Resolved] Aircel — Switching from postpaid to prepaid | |||||
Hai My mom's no is [protected]- postpaid no. Last month v visited the customer care and submitted d poi and poa and v had paid d balance amount to our nearest aircel store in gobichettipalayam. But it didn't changed. Den v contact them, they didn't respond well. Once again they are asking the money and proof. Is this a correct procedure to respect the customer.
