[Resolved]  Aircel — Talk time offers not vallid

My name is ajay my mob no is [protected] and i was recharge in 12 sep 2016 Rs 79 through easy recharge the offer shown in easy recharge is rs 79 which is give rs 60 talktime +250 mb internet for 90 days but no credit in my account so that i will complaint in 198 but no complaint no send in my mobile. the castamar care executive officer not satisfied me .it is not question of 79 rs but it is totaly misgude to customer by the aircel .if my complaint not sautout than i will definitely go to consumar court.

We would like to inform you that there are two benefits on recharge of Rs.79.

The offer details "Combo FRC with TT 60 in main a/c, 250 MB 2G/3G data for 90 days. Local & STD mobile calls @ 1.2p/sec, Local & STD LL- 3p/sec, tariff validity 90 days. Fall Back Tariff Local & STD mobile calls @ 1.65p/sec" as mentioned by you is applicable for newly activated subscribers as that is a first recharge card.

And for existing customers the benefit on recharge of Rs.79 is 3G top up which gives Unlimited 3G/2G for 6 day. FUP of 100 MB/day . Available in E recharge only.

Since you are our existing customer hence your account was credited with unlimited 2G/3G data for 6 days. You can use the data pack benefit till 17th Sept'16.
