[Resolved] Aircel — Top up recharge matter | |||
Sir i have recharged with Rs. 110/- my aircel No. but it did not recharged. In this regard I made complaint on 04/11/2016 giving my alternate No. [protected]. A person calling me from Ph. No. [protected] on the same date telling for refunding amount of recharged amount of Rs. 110/- and asking for ATM Card No. I refused him to provide the ATM Card No. I was agree to provide bank a/c No. for refund. But he was refused. And from then no any response is given by the Aircel Company. It is harassment of consumer. So. please resolve the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
