Aircel — Unable to recharge my sim from local from distributor also through online. | |||||
Hi my cell number is [protected], from past 3 weeks from the day i activate my sim i m unable to recharge my sim through local distributor and also online. I sent mail to care center of aircel kolkata on there care email id also with screenshots and try to reach customer care also for the same reason but as of till now one is interest to solve my problem from kolkata circle. As per system, you have recharge Rs. 44.00 through E-recharge on 20th May, 2016. No such issue was found.

As per my above mail says i m able to recharge from your care center but, not even from other resources like local recharge shope's or online i send you mail on [protected]@aircel.co.in mail id please take a look or issue new connection for the same or just let me know i just off the connection ..
