Aircel — Unauthorised deduction from the balance for Video Talkies and Dazzling queens service.

I was never activate the service of Video Talkies and Dazzling Queens service but today I got a message from AIRCEL saying that your Video Talkies and Dazzling Queens service is auto-renewed at Rs.30 and Rs.35/- respectively. In this same issue I had lodged a complaint 2 months back and got refund after repeated complaints. I am highly disappointed with Aircel service with this unauthorised balance deduction and careless about consumer satisfaction.
