[Resolved]  Aircel — Unauthorized charges deducted & unethical behavior etc

On 04/10/2015 i.E sunday the subscriber was deducted from my mobile account balance (mob no : +91 [protected]) rs 49/- (forty nine only). Which one was received via message at 16:21 on the same day. The message was displayed " "" thanks for subscribing to aircel "chroam49", offer benefits will be provided shortly. After i saw the message i was called the toll free no 198 regarding for this deduction. But he (aircel executive) told we are not have any update regarding this you will call after 2 or 4 hours. I was received the message at 18:41 hrs " dear customer your service request number 1-[protected] has been registered with us and will be processed by 06/10/2015. After my above said enquiry my call also barred to ""198"" toll free number i was try to contact the customer care executive the call was not forward and disconnect automatically. On 06/10/2015 evening 05:40:33 pm i was approach the aircel store which was situated in p.H. Road, chennai. I was take the pass and my pass no is ""0250"". After a long wait my turn was come, i was called from the counter no : 2 and the executive name was mr ""manileelan.S"". I explained my problem and my struggles which was i faced & i asked to him why my call barred. He told this is ""trai"" rule if you have a prepaid customer you can't call many times to ""198"", i explained to him i was called only 2 times for the single day another calls are not connected. And then i asked to him where is the guide line for the prepaid customer. If the guideline issued from ""trai"" why you are not informed to the customer this is your responsibility you are not doing your duty. Almost he was tacked "roughly"" i cant help to you and no money refundable to you. Then i told to them ok then i will lodge a complaint against this matter. He told cores of complaints are lodging daily no action taken your complaint. You can go now. Sir this not the method, my money was deducted from my account without my prior permission or intimation and i was struggle, waste of time, irritate, shamed in front of public. """ this is not my rights""" ????????????
