Aircel — Unfair deduction from main account balance & unethical trade practice of aircel

On[protected] I recharged my Aircel mobile no: [protected]. The said recharge is an web exclusive offer and I am a frequent user of aircel online recharge portal. The following text message was sent to me after I made payment through my debit card "Txn No. TNR[protected] to Recharge MRP 146 is successful . TT= 146INR, New Balance 207.97 INR, P.F 0 INR, S.Tax 16.06 INR." The above said recharge offers me an Rs.146 FTT, 146 MB 3G/2G Data and 146 free SMS. My main account balance was credited with Rs 146 and 146 sms with immediate effect. But i have been charged Rs.166 from my main balance for Internet browsing on the same day after my successful recharge of 146 plan. It is too unfair and unethical to deduct Rs.166 from my main account balance when i have an paid quota of 146 MB 3G/2G data of internet browsing/download. I made a complaint to Complaint cell no: 198 on the very next day but the customer care persons failed to give proper reasons for the unfair deduction of Rs.166 and they repeatedly asked me to call every 4 hrs to know the reason behind it and make me to exhaust your 3 complaint per week quota. This attitude and deficiency in aircel customer service caused mental agony to me. Later on through another person's mobile i made a call to aircel customer care and registered a complaint in this regard. On[protected] i received an message from DT-Aircel that the said unfair charging is as per the plan opted my me. It is to be noted that the deduction of Rs.166 took place after my successful recharge of 146 plan. My main account balance, sms balance and internet usage balance are got updated after recharge. But my main account balance got deducted when i still have 146 MB 3g quota as per 146 plan. Its totally unfair and unethical on part of aircel to say that the deduction made as per my plan. If my 146 plan for 3G is not taken into account means, then how they can deduct Rs 146 from main account balance, recharged by the same146 plan?????. Therefore a strict action must be taken against aircel for this deficiency in service, unfair trade practice.
