Aircel — Unnecessary adding VAS

I m using AIRCEL POSTPAID. My number is [protected]. To day I have got message saying that you have been charged ₹99 for game club. I did not click anything. When I go for aircel show room they simply saying that we have to pay money. Why you people are charging us indirectly. This is the 5th month I have been charged like this. Nobody is there to help me out. I m paying unnecessary for every month and I am stopping everything but still its getting activated, I M Planning to block my postpaid number

As per our system records you has been charged Rs.99/- towards VAS charges. A VAS pack NAZAGAMEM was activated through WAP on 8/10/2015. The VAS pack has been deactivated on 10/10/2015.An amount of RS.99/- will be credited to your account and same will feature in the forthcoming bill as approval has been received for the same.
