[Resolved] Aircel — unnecessary detection from the balance | |||
i had been using [protected] aircel service for the last 1 year, though i take 3g data packs they unnecessarily detect amount from my main balance, when i call customer care they ll always ask us to call after 5 hours, i[censored] call after 5 hours they will ask you call after 5 hours again, i[censored] try again customer executives will be busy. today they had detected around 80 rs from my account even though my data pack was active. i had immediately called the customer service and he ensured that my data pack was active, so i tried use Internet again but to my surprise it has again detected balance from account. stop this third rated 3g service n close your useless customer service once for all Was this information helpful? | |||
