[Resolved] Aircel — Unwanted Balance Deducted | |||||
My Aircel mobile no. is [protected] My Balance 30rs was deducted on 27th sep 2015. I contacted to customer care, They said it will be refunded within 48 hours but still not refunded. And today on 28 sep 2015, More balance of 14 Rs is deducted. I need my total 44 Rs which was deducted... I will be Thankful.. Please refund my balance... Was this information helpful? | |||||

Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 07, 2015 Aircel Customer Care's response Hello MA Imran, We regret for the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you that balance of Rs.44/- has been debited from your account for the value added service -Videotalkies and Jothisya sastra has been activated through WAP mode on your account. Request you to ignore any chargeable links while browsing and also keep the pop up blocker as off in the handset settings to avoid such activation. Request you to change the homepage to anything else than the Aircel wap portal. Kindly note that Rs.44/- has been credited to your account on 29th Sept '15 as one time good will gesture.
