[Resolved]  Aircel — Unwanted charges in bill and balance deduction

Hi Team, This is to posted that, i am using 2 postpaid and a prepaid connection in aircel network. And i am facing issue with the bill each and every month and the customer care experience is the worst ever while comparing all the service providers. Then for my resolution i am keep writing mails each and every month to appellete . Handling the customer from appellete desk is very rude and they are not understanding the issues of customer they are systamatic and nt resolving issue. This is the thing going every month hence forth for seeking help i have contacted the consumer forum let i am explaining my issue My postpaid numbers [protected] [protected] My prepaid number [protected] In my postpaid number[protected] in the june month bill waiver has been commited by appellete and same has been posted after the bill due date then i paid my bill hence late fees has been charged in my bill hence requesting ur help to waive the late fees amont of rs 50, Next issue on my [protected], in the current month rs150+tax has been charged for vas downloads and while asking details they said that i have downloaded two games that cost 75+75 on july 4 but i didnt download any games and as an aknowledgement also i didnt get sms for that but they charged me in my bill, then i ask for data usage on that particular day bcoz if i am downloading a game at minimum it will be 20mb in file size, but in my mobile the data usage on that particular day was around 4 mb but they are not providing any data usage details and not giving any clear deatails hence requesting your help to waive the amont of rs 150+tax in the bill amount Then finally issue with my prepaid number [protected] I have recharged my account with rs 120 wheather the benefit is full talk time in my dedicated account but the balance has not been credited when i ask for information they informed that for data usage the amount has been charged. But i am having a data balance of 197 mb and there is no possible to charge for data in the dedicated account hence need ur help to resolve all my issues and need better support from aircel to customers Regards Tamizh Selvan [protected]
