Aircel — Unwanted schemes activated | |||
Hi, I am using Aircel Tamilnadu prepaid services. Frequently i am facing that money will be deducted from balance without my knowledge and activated some unwanted schemes. still now 170 rupees has been deducted from my mobile account balance without my knowledge. Regarding this i have called to customer care and asked them to stop these kind of activities but there is no action for this problem. Please help me to resolve this issue. Whenever i do top up recharging with in 4 days provider activating some services without my knowledge and deducting money from my balance. Thanks Dinesh L Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi,
Just now I have recharged for 68 rupees top up with in half an hour they deducted again 50 rupees by activating video talkies scheme. i didnt activated any scheme with out my intervention again provider activated and stolen money from my balance. I want it should be resolved or else i am planning to file a complaint regarding these kind of activities.
