Aircel — Unwanted Subscription - Balance deduction

Hi..I hope from here I should get justice. I am using aircel from last 7 months. Phone no:- [protected] My concern is, from last two months I am facing problem like balance deduction without doing anything. They activated services like TINY TV for 30 RS. on regular interval without involving me. When I called to customer care, they told it's our fault..we"ll give you refund.Not am issue. But all time I ve call them and after scolding them they agreed to give refund. for all process I lost my 30 mins. But all Indians have no time to call them. so like this they are cheat Indians and making profit. So I want to do RTI(Right to Info) against Aircel. I wish our Central Government do some step for further and cancel all licences of Aircel. Because they are playing with Indians ... Cheaters.. Not providing facility to customer... Today morning, instead of getting "Good Morning" wish, I got SMS from aircel like "30 Rs Deduction due to TINY TV subscription" I was very disturb. I was unable to connect with my family, friends in such critical situation. How should I get help from others also, if I don't have sufficient balance to asking help. Let's go further if this happen with any Indian woman in critical situation what she will do..she can't even call to asking help .. :( So Please, take some action with this query. Save Indian people from cheaters. Help them.

We would like to inform you that we have Checked and found balance depleted for Tinytv30 Service and charged Rs.30/-. Service activated through Wap on waiver posted for Rs. 30/- on 04/09/2015 As one time good will gesture and service deactivated.

Yeah, I know that. But my concern is that, I faced same issue 4 times in just 60days. In whole process I wasted my golden time to talked with you. I want justice for that. And I don't know even in future you will do with me and with others also. Like this you are doing you business. You are simply cheat the people. I want to do RTI against aircel.

Hey..let me tell you one thing. Yesterday, I got call from your side but executive doesn't know English or Hindi. How should I talk with him in some local language. So by the way you don't have any good qualified team..right? You can me today, but your executive should know Hindi or English.

As discussed, we have verified your account details and found that an amount of Rs.30/- has been deducted towards the usage of various services activated through WAP using internet from your handset. Being a valued customer, we have refunded this amount as a goodwill gesture to your Aircel number and these packs are already deactivated. Request you to take care in future while accessing internet and avoid using/downloading chargeable links/services.
