[Resolved]  Aircel — vas deduction and extra charge on bill statement

hi, Issue # 1 ([protected]) iam uday shankar took total 4 aircel post paid connections 4years back and iam paying bills regularly. on my number [protected] they charged me 430 rupees by using of VAS. where i maintaining the number in 800 rupees small nokia mobile which never support to internet. i have requested detailed bill where it is used. but aircel cust care not bothering. i want justice on the above issue. Issue # 2 ([protected]) in the number [protected] iam aplying bill regularly by online every month suddenly connection is barred. i called cust care they said becoz of they r not got the payment they barred. when i given reference number cust care executive apology me and release the connection. every month n month the above paid bill reflecting on bill. now when i ask why you not update my bill. they ask me to contact their head office begumpet. i went twice for the same issue. the representative told me that he can retrieve bills only upto march but he need to check exactly on which month double bill is generating. i asked his contact number but he refuse and iam not get any updated for aircel office regarding this issue. actual bill was 350 rupees, now they are asking me to pay 1200 rupees for clearance. pls justice me on above issue regards uday [protected]
