Aircel — Worst Incidents while Using the AIRCEL service

Iam Using Aircel... Today While using Internet through Aircel in my Mobile. I got a Text message that "You have Subscribed for 'Tiny TV' To Activate this service please click on this given Link". I Just Ignore that message. But After 5 mins I got another Text Message that You have Activated Tiny TV after that message 5 Rs/-, Deducted from my Main Balance. But I Have not subscribed for any offer from Aircel. Then I called to Aircel Customer Service & Iam started to explain that Aircel Representative that what is happened on my Number. While talking with that Aircel representative the very next person(Another Aircel Representative) from whom I have talking with is said that "Say him Balance is not refund any more" & and he started laughing continueosly. Then I ask that Aircel guy who is talking with me that who is that guy Why he is laughing like that but that Aircel Representative is without listening my words & without knowing my problem simply disconnected my call. Another Incident happened to me while using this AIRCEL service is On my Aircel Offer List I Saw a offer that is RC 48 & get 600 MB Data then I called to the Customer Care Number & asked them that is this offer is 100% sure or not . They said it is 100% Correct without any doubt you go & Recharge RC 48 & you will get 600 MB after Recharge I got 350 MB Data Only. Again I called to the Care Number & asked them I got only 350 MB Data. The Representative said For Rc 48 You get only 350 MB Data Not 600 MB. But I told them that After I confirmed from you then only I have recharged sir your representaive told me that it was 100% Correct. Finally The representaive said that NO NO there is No offer Like that we are very Sorry. Before Recharge they said one Offer & After Recharge they will give another Offer. It's not the problem of money It is about how they provide service & how much Importance they will give to the Customer. This is what happened to me While using Aircel Service & While Interact with Customer Care Operators. The Final Word which I would Like to tell is "The Worst Service which I Ever Seen Is AIRCEL" My Number is "[protected]"

Kindly note that VAS service TINY TV has been activated from your end and hence was charged Rs 5 for the same .

Kindly note that an amount of Rs.5 has been credited to your account on 15th Jul'15 as one time good will gesture.

Yes my 5 Rs/- has been credit to my Account.
But this is not my actual Problem. The way that your Aircel Representatives were talk with me when I call. Please check my Previous call Records when I call to Aircel Customer Care. How worstly they were talk with me.
I think You have not Understand my Problem Properly. Your Call Centre Guys are Doing very much fun while customers was on call.
Please check my call records. You can Understand better.

Recently I have faced another Issue with Aircel. I Lose above 200 MB data & also nearly 8 to 9 Rs/- from my Aircel Number.
I call to you care Number and told them about this. They once again said we will credit back to your data & money back.
But till now I didn't get my data and Money back. Nearly 10 to 15 days passed. But till now I didn't get my data and Money back
Please Check your Call Centre guys behaviour with Customers.

And also
I Want my Data Balance & Money Back.

I think If you check the Call Records regarding to the above Number. You can find My Conversation with your Representative. Please chech & Inform me.

And also what about my data Balance.Which I have Lost. Even I don't know that why I lost my Data Balance. It will expire within 3 to 5 days.
I can not see any Data Balance in my Account. But I know that in my account above 200 MB Data left. But it was not displaying.
If I open the Net. Money debited from the main Balance.

I think you checked my call records. That's why you are not sending any reply to me.
But I think I have many ways to approach you. I already Informed you that what my exact Problem is. But from your side. I didn't get even one single call. You are not trying to Contact me.
