Aircel — Wrong deduction from my prepaid account without my permission | |||
Sir, I want to tell you that I recieve a message suddenly in my aircel number and deducted my account balance at today at 5.03pm of Rs28 for pack RAJSMS28 without my permission .And when I asked them why they have deducted my money they are giving an excuse that I was subscribed a sms pack and moreover the giving several type excuse. But I can't use my mobile number after calling at 11.05am.when i asked them for any proof against me then they transferred call for their senior officer but call automatically ended. I also called them but ended again. sir i am a student i hardely get money to recharge so please look after this matter sir and help me for refund.
