Aircel — wrong info provide | |||
Hi! I am Bibekananda Tandia from Odisha Sambalpur and my aircel prepaid number is [protected].I am faceing a huge problem since two months.I am a old customer for aircel but aircel has been useless service provide to me.I unable to check my call traiff plan.When i calling customer care they are told they can not check customer traiff plan.Today i call customer care and i had conversition with a ladies agent.She could not only provide correct information and also provide wrong.She told that your traiff validity will be 1st Apr and told "YOU ARE MAD""(Customer ମୁଣ୍ଡ ଖରାପ କରୁଛି) on line.Aircel odisha inbound call center is very bad.They not have quality, beheviour, Conduct, Sympathy.They also casually talk with every customer.I would like to inform aircel manager that please provide quality service.So please do the need full on my concern.
