mein kuch time pehle aircel se jadu hu MNP ke through to mujhe plan mila tha A2A 5am to 5pm free but A2O par call rates jyada lag rahi thi to mene customer care par call karke pucha ki meri call rate kafi jyada lag rahi hai to unhone mujhe kafi rate cutter plans ke bare mein bataya phir mene unse pucha ki mere pehle ye plan activate hai 5am to 5pm free to agar me phir dusra koi plan activate karwata hu to ye deactivate to nahi hoga na. to unhone bola nahi hoga or mene unse 2 baar confirmation liya or uske baad 79 rs. Wala recharge karwa liya or phir mene check kiya to mere new plan activate ho gaya tha but purana wala deactivate ho gaya. Phir meine wapas customer care ko call kiya par mera phone nahi lag paya. To mene apne friend ke phone sr call kiya to unhonr bola ki sir aap chahe to pehle wala plan phir se activate ho jayega par aapko money refund nahi hoga. Was this information helpful? | |||
