[Resolved] Aircel — Wrong information on IVR and Unfair deduction | |||
Hi There, I have been writing to Aircel Karnataka Customer care (care.[protected]@aircel.co.in) from 22nd Oct'14 regarding my concern with reference to my mobile no: [protected], but it seams like they are least bothered to solve the query. I had activated Rs.12/- Pocket Internet (PI) pack on 19th Oct'14 after dialing 1288. The IVR states that the pack is valid for 3 days with 100mb of free data. But no ware in the IVR or in the confirmation message (after the completion of activation of the pack) it was mentioned that the pack is valid only for 2g network and not for 3g. Previously, I was using PI 447 3g plan and hence my network was selected as 3g. I have been charged Rs.30/- on 21st Oct'14 and Rs.88/- on 26th Oct'14. I can know about the pack details only after me calling your customer care (who is least bother to talk to their customers as they are in a hurry to finish their calls and move on to their next calls and not to forget their rude behavior). PFA the scree shots of the email conversation, were your help desk says that there was no PI plan was active on 21st and hence the deduction and after me making them understand the above issue, they write back the same thing which I told them. Why should customers suffer for the mistakes made by the company. You guys should have mentioned in the IVR that the pack is valid only for 2g and not 3g. PFB the conversation with your help desk.
