As per our system records, you had PRP21 & PRP 36 on your account. PRP 21 is higher than PRP 36 for that you were charged according to PRP 21. PRP 21 has been removed from your account. Now you are able to use the benefits of RC 36. Hope the resolution offered meets your satisfaction levels too.
