Dear sir as on 29/08/2014 there was wrongly deducted Rs. 25 and for deduction i couldn't get any SMS/ Phone.After that i called Customer care no. 198 and there executive told me that amount will be refunded within 24 hrs.but still i didn't get any balance.My mobile No. [protected] & My name Ramavtar Bang

Tried calling to you but your both the numbers Aircel and alt no is switched off hence unable to contact however as per your query your Rs 25.40/- has been debited from your account which was wrongly credited on 17th Midnight due to system error post which your balance was Rs 86.45/-.
On 16th Closing Balance was Rs 59.05/- hence no wrong deduction found on your number.
