[Resolved] Aircel — Wrongly Charged for VAS/MMS service | |||
I am Sachin N. my Mobile number is [protected] postpaid connection & using aircel service since last 1 year this is second time that aircel wrongly charged me for unused services i.e VAS / MMS for the month of November 2014. I have already Contacted Customer service centre as well as Aircell galary in Vashi both are helpless as well as useless, they made false commitment & not given me single solution on it. & they told me it takes 7 days to resolve the issue. I never used MMS/VAS services on my mobile services in my whole life span, How can aircel charged me for that, even last time they charged me for Miss Call Alert services which I havent activated. Is this they way you are looting the customer. I am totally unsatisfied with your service.Now aircell also barred my outgoing & incoming calls, Why should I pay for non used services. I already mailed your customer care on care.[protected]@aircel.co.in 11th December 2014 till date I haven't received any reply from your side,
second mail was send on 16 the December 2014 to [protected]@aircel.co.in but same no reply, also this is happen second time that your company charged me for non using services. Also thrice your head office called me for payment of bill but nobody resolve my query.
Due to this I loss so many my business because of your company deactivated my incoming as well as outgoing facility since 3 days.
How useless & hopeless services you have given to your old customer today I realised
