Airtel — 'My Airtel' out of order for many weeks | |
Despite repeated complaints by many subscribers over several weeks, Airtel has not done anything till now to fix their 'My Airtel' service. This is utterly ridiculous. The Internet is inundated with complaints about their non-performing 'My Airtel' service. Worse still, they have not bothered to reply to the complaints. THIS SHOWS THEIR UTTER DISREGARD AND INDIFFERENCE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I am sure hundreds of their customers must have left now for other networks and hundreds more will follow suit soon. What could be the explanation for this TOTAL NEGLIGENCE on the company's part, I wonder? Are they in the process of winding up operations? Was this information helpful? | |
